- Wholemeal fiber oats
- Wheat bran
- Crushed flax seeds
- Sunflower, Sesame, and Pumpkin seeds
- Honey
- Raisins
- Crushed almonds
- Chocolate protein powder
- 2 egg whites + 1 egg
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom
Mix it all together in a bowl. Flatten the sticky "dough" on a baking sheet. In the oven at 175 degrees celcius, approx. 10-15 minutes. Let it cool before cutting it up into smaller, eatable pieces. Yummy! Great for a pre- or post-workout snack. Enjoy!
